Refund Policy

This policy regulates the procedure for issuing refunds to users who have paid for individual digital services through payment processors.

 

1. General Provisions

Refunds are issued in accordance with this policy and only to the same payment details used for the original transaction. Refunds are processed using the same method as the original payment, in accordance with the rules of the payment system. We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts or cards.

Refunds are made in accordance with the rules of VISA and Mastercard. In case the user initiates a chargeback, the Service Provider has the right to submit proof of service delivery to the payment system.

 

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests

A refund request may be submitted within 48 hours after payment, provided that the work on the task has not started or it is technically impossible to complete.

 

3. Grounds for Refund

A refund may be issued in the following cases:

  • the task cannot be completed due to technical reasons beyond the user's control;
  • work on the task has not yet begun;
  • the refund request is submitted within the specified timeframe.

 

4. Cases When Refunds Are Not Issued

A refund will not be issued if:

  • work on the task has already begun;
  • the provided information is insufficient or contains errors that make completing the task impossible;
  • after payment, the user does not respond for an extended period and does not provide the required information.

 

5. Refund Procedure

  • The user submits a request via messenger or form.
  • We confirm whether a refund is possible under the stated conditions.
  • The funds are returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

 

6. Refund Processing Time

The actual processing time depends on the payment system and may range from several hours to several business days.

 

7. Payment System Fees

Any fees charged by payment processors during the refund process are non-refundable and are withheld according to the rules of the respective payment system.
