- After confirming the conditions, an individual payment link (invoice) is generated.
- Work begins after successful payment.
4. Payment Procedure
4.1. Payment is made exclusively via an individual link (invoice) generated by the payment processor after the task details are agreed upon.
4.2. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not accept payments directly.
4.3. We do not store bank card data, payment credentials, or any other sensitive payment information. All data processing is handled in accordance with the rules of the payment processor.
4.4. Payment is made in the currency specified in the individual invoice.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- failures or malfunctions of third-party services, platforms, or payment systems;
- delays caused by technical issues on the user’s side;
- incorrectly submitted information.
6. User Rights
The user has the right to:
- receive updates on task progress;
- request clarification of the agreed terms;
- submit a refund request in accordance with the Refund Policy.
7. Prohibited Actions
The user must not submit false, harmful, or rights-violating information, nor use the site for actions contrary to applicable law.
